Elizabeth has a BA Business Studies from Newcastle University and started her career at US investment bank Goldman Sachs. She went on to forge a long and successful career in high level search and board consulting and advisory work. As Co-Head of the Global Financial Services Practice at Heidrick & Struggles she advised corporate clients and individuals on all aspects of their careers, corporate structures and human capital management. In 2002 Elizabeth founded her own search firm, Hammond Partners, which her husband Paul now runs.
Elizabeth then established a number of different organisations. For instance, TXG Ltd, a leading provider of corporate coaching, leadership development and board and team effectiveness. She was a founder investor and board director of a major online fashion retailer. In her role as a professional business mentor and corporate coach she has advised many entrepreneurs. She was a member of the Princes Trust Women’s Leadership Group. Elizabeth is currently an active member of the Committee at Action for Children where she runs a large and successful event every year for them in London.
Over the last 17 years, Elizabeth has coached many individuals with remarkable results. Her interest in neuroscience led to her studying the principles of neurofeedback and ‘brainwave optimisation’. Her belief in neuroplasticity and its fundamentals is the foundation of all her work.
Elizabeth has studied a very wide range of coaching modalities and techniques and is well known for her love of learning. She attends new courses every year. For instance, last year alone, Elizabeth completed 3 coaching programmes including CTI and ORSC. Elizabeth has a Masters in NLP, undertook an intensive programme to become a High-Performance Coach and is a qualified Team Alignment practitioner. She trained as a Counsellor in 2009 and has already signed up to another 3 coaching courses in 2019.
Elizabeth currently studies with leading neuroscientist and world leading coaching guru Dr Joe Dispenza. In 2020 Elizabeth is attending the advanced course with Dr Dispenza in Dubai. Furthermore, she is also completing her certification with Hogan Assessments in London. Elizabeth has also studied advanced Vedic meditation and always encourages her clients to try and find a way to incorporate that or other forms of mediation in to their daily lives. She commits herself to continual learning. It is very important to her and something Elizabeth takes very seriously. Above all Elizabeth has been coaching clients for over 17 years. Consequently, she always says she has learnt more working with her clients than any course could ever teach her.
