Elizabeth Hammond is a pioneering neuroscience educator, coach and speaker with over 22 years’ coaching experience and multiple qualifications ranging from traditional coaching techniques to the latest cutting edge neuroscience.
She is a strong, calm and intelligent woman whose background, both professionally and personally, has shaped her approach to coaching culminating in her innovative and life changing programme, MindSet Mastery.
“I love what I do, it’s powerful and it works. It changes lives. Simply put, I make people happy and I give them the science and tools to enable them to stay that way". It's the best job on the planet!"
Her passion for learning means her coaching practice is constantly evolving to bring her clients the very latest cutting-edge tools and techniques. Elizabeth is a Post Graduate in Applied Neuroscience from Kings College London and has a BA Business Studies. She also has a multitude of coaching and therapy/counselling qualifications and is a long-term student of Dr Joe Dispenza, world leading neuroscientist and personal development guru.
Elizabeth has held an impressive corporate career. After gaining her BA Business Studies at Newcastle University, she launched her career at US Investment Bank Goldman Sachs. She went on to forge a long and successful career in high level search and board consulting / advisory work where she ran the global financial services search practice for Heidrick & Struggles. In 2002 Elizabeth founded her own search firm, Hammond Partners, which her husband Paul now runs. She has also founded a number of companies including TXG Ltd, a leading provider of corporate coaching, leadership development and board effectiveness. She has advised and mentored at Board Level across several organisations including a major fashion e-tailer.
Throughout her career, Elizabeth has worked closely with senior-level executives and their development across various industries, but her coaching journey truly began in 2001, and in 2010 Elizabeth came across Brain Wave Optimisation and her neuroscience journey began.
With an unrivalled career both in the corporate and coaching world and Elizabeth’s own challenging and unique back story, it is no surprise that MindSet Mastery is an essential programme for anyone who wants to improve their well-being and ultimately choose the life they want to live. It is, in her own words, something that is to be taken seriously. It is not a fluffy chat, it is hard-hitting, and it gets results.
Beyond her practice Elizabeth believes strongly in the importance of giving back and helping others. For many years she sat on the Princes Trust Women’s Leadership Committee and for the last 10 years has been an active member of the Action for Children committee playing a key role in running the Spring Ladies Lunch – an annual event that raises a considerable amount of money for the charity.
Elizabeth believes passionately in philanthropic activity and wants her work to be available to all. She holds a specific space in her practice for Pro Bono clients and works with at least one at any given time.
